The goals and responsibilities of the Development Committee are:

  • Consistency in responses to developments/development projects that approach NSNA
  • Potential to take some communication off the plate of the cochairs
  • Learning opportunity for folks to get more familiar with the development/planning process in Madison
  • Create guidelines for what NSNA does/doesn’t want in development projects
  • Make suggestions/proposals for NSNA to make statements, support or oppose, etc, proposed developments as an association
  • Be a point of contact for apartments in neighborhood
