We hold our monthly meetings on the first Wednesday of each month from 6:30-7:30pm at Hawthorne Library on East Washington, and we provide a Google Meet link to join online. Anyone is welcome to attend, even if you aren’t a member.
We try to send out the agenda a week in advance; check our homepage to see upcoming meeting agenda items. We also post the agenda on Facebook and to our announcements list which anyone can join. The Google Meet link is provided at the top of the agenda.
If you would like to request an agenda item, please contact the co-chairs, ideally 2-3 weeks in advance. We always have an “Open Comment” section at the end of the meeting, which is a place where neighbors can make announcements or seek input on an idea (for example, if you have an idea for a neighborhood project, you can ask if anyone would be interested in joining you).
