We hold our monthly meetings on the first Thursday of each month from 6:30-7:30pm. While Bashford Church is undergoing repairs, we’ve been meeting at Hawthorne Library on East Washington, but will update before the meetings with the confirmed location as well as a link to a Google Meeting space for dialing in. Anyone is welcome to attend, even if you aren’t a member.
We try to send out the agenda a week in advance. To see what will be on an upcoming meeting, check our homepage. We also post the agenda on Facebook and to our announcements list which anyone can join. The Google Meet link is provided at the top of the agenda.
If you would like to request an agenda item, please contact the co-chairs, ideally 2-3 weeks in advance. We always have an “Open Comment” section at the end of the meeting, which is a place where neighbors can make announcements or seek input on an idea (for example, if you have an idea for a neighborhood project, you can ask if anyone would be interested in joining you).
